Chinese We Wish You A Merry Christmas

For young child, the traditional Christmas carol, We Wish You A Merry Christmas is a great choice.

I had a school concert one year with the preschoolers singing the Chinese version of  We Wish You A Merry Christmas!

They did such a wonderful job singing it in Chinese and English.  At the end, they did an encore song with the Chinese version.

Language is communication.  Children are learning words, expressions, sentences, and stories in a complete package.

What is the best time to review what you have been sharing with your child during the holiday season?

How about making a cup of hot chocolate with you kid first.

Then snuggle together and talk about the Chinese craft projects, songs, word cards, or daily expression cards you post on the word wall?

Learning is everywhere!
